# How to make a counter offer on Livetree

As a collective owner on Livetree, you can make a counter offer on buy-in offers by following these simple steps:<br>

Step 1: When you log in, hit “Trade Coins” button and go to the “Trade Membership Coins” tab

Step 2: On the “Trade Membership Coins” tab, hit “Trade your coins” button on the Buy-in offer you’d like to Make a counter offer in

Step 3: Enter the quantity of your coins you will like to sell, the amount of crypto you’ll charge for it and the date you’ll like the offer to expire

Step 4: Hit the “Send your counter-offer” button.
